Domestic & international shipping

Box a Paint is based in the UK and ships via Royal Mail, there are two delivery options for domestic purchases

  • 2-3 business days standard shipping

  • 1-2 business days tracked (sightly more expensive)

We do ship internationally and there is a slightly higher price due to longer distance charges and this normally takes around 1 -2 weeks

As a UK online shop, we comply to the law for domestic purchases. Where an item is opened but unused we will offer a full refund for that product within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return. You must return the item(s) within 14 days once you’ve told us that you do not want them. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back.

For internal returns we will offer a refund if you notify us and send the package back. As with domestic refunds you must notify us within 14 days of receiveing the product and return the item(s) back to the UK unused. Due to internal mail we will only refund once the item(s) have been received and will refund within 14 days thereafter.

Note: used products are not eligable for a refund.
